As a REPS Level 3 Advanced Fitness Instructor, I offer professional health and fitness services.
I have a unique collection of knowledge and experience through my studies, work and athletics career. Through studying my MSc in Sport Sciences (Exercise Physiology), working at The Running School, carrying out health and fitness assessments for BUPA and 10 years of international athletics; I have experience in health, fitness, nutrition and speed and power training. I am also a qualified Boxercise Instructor.
During your free initial consultation we will discuss your goals and current habits. I will then devise and help you implement the changes needed to achieve your goals. You may want to lose weight, run faster, recover from recent injury/illness or just kick start a healthier lifestyle.
If you are not so keen on one-to-one sessions, you can always work out with a partner/friend or with a group of friends/colleagues. You don't need to be a member of a gym, we can train in your house, garden or local park.
